I need some help to start a homebased job or business

I don't even know if I should be in the site. I'm not deaf. I was overdosed in the hospital and I have aphasia from that. I was fired from my job due to this incident, it caused a lot of life threatening problems and they said that they were afraid that I would die at work. I was forced to get a disability, so now I'm getting a tiny little bit of income from that. They are threatening to make me pay that back, because I don't have the money to get specialists that they are insisting that I need to continue with the disability. I have been working with the SBA and the Vocational Rehabilitation for a year and a half. Now(actually 4 months ago) they said that they won't help because I can't get a loan from the SBA. I can't get a loan because I don't have a job. Is this messed up or what?
Anyway, at this time I really need some help finding someway to survive. All of my savings has been depleted, I can't hear good enough to do sales or telemarketing, I'm barred from getting a job outside of my home, and it sure seems that all of the internet is scams.
Does anyone have any suggestions? I can still do most everything. Except I'm extremely weak and I can't stay in one position for a long time. All of the jobs that are available here require a physical, which I can't pass or they require heavy lifting.
I'm bloggin everywhere to see if I can find some help. Nothing so far. Any help would be appreciated, I will even pay once I get an income. Please?!?!
