Hi deafskeptic! Thanks for the compliment regarding my posts! I couldn't help but feel a little frustrated by that thread. I know a few other ADers who have bipolar and all of us PMed each other discussing what was said. I also didn't like how one ADer tried to stop the discussion by saying that bipolar was off-topic. Oh well. I did the best I could to help educate others. If people don't want to listen to the truth, I guess that's their problem -- not mine. Hopefully some ADers went away with a better understanding of bipolar. It's unfortunate enough that people with mental illness get such a bad rap in the media. It would be nice if the media would focus more on those who are successfully dealing with their mental illness instead of those who are in complete denial or those who do not take their meds.

Well, I should close for now. It's time to make dinner.
