That is so awesome that you have a dog like that. I bet you are really close to him too. Well we are 100% approved for our condo now we just have to wait for our bank to do some paperwork, get the place appraised to make sure it is worth what they say it is and then we will get it inspected. If everything goes well then we will be buying it and working on moving in.
