Hi! My name is Elena, and I'm an artist working on a story about a blind superheroine. The character, whose name is Sofie, is best friends with her deaf cousin. I read your post on the forum saying you communicate tactucally with deaf people. Can you explain to me how that works?

I visited my local school for the deaf and blind here in Brussels, to try to ask the same question to the head of the school. He was very unhelpful; he told me there's no way for blind people to talk to deaf people. I knew that couldn't be true.
