Thank you. My son graduated from high school and is in college now and have a job. I am so proud of him. I just lost my mom last October. Christmas was different without my mom. Her 80th Heavenly Birthday was just celebrated recently. Life sure is different now but I am hanging in there.

Right that's the reason why I stopped taking anything that have Aspartame. They are poison. We need to tell FDA to please remove Aspartame. The more people complain the more they will remove it. Dixie, Stevia came from a plant. Dextrose was added to it but better than aspartame. More safer. It...

I'm beginning to omit meats by and by lately. Stopping using aspartame too and used stevia in raw instead. Eating fruits and veggies more as well as gluten free foods. I take vitamins too. Sadly I'm allergic to peanuts.
