I moved to near Richmond VA couple years ago and I am having heck of time finding a single Christian women between 28-38. It seems that they are hiding except for much older deaf at silent dinner/lunch.

But I am willing to expand my search.. I guess here about me and what I am looking for:

I'm an 42 years old, 6'0", 260lbs, hazel eyes, light brown hair, white, single male that's seeking a Christian woman for LTR with intent for marriage.

I don't have a problem meeting women, just having hard time finding the right woman for me. Everybody that knows me says that I am honest, trustworthy, devoted, have soft, big heart and I am looking for that same quality. I do not date smoker, regularly drinks, cold-hearted, dishonest, drama, serious mental issue, play head games, using other people for their own selfishness, etc. I am sorry as I learned hard lesson last year with a woman (hearing) that claimed to be Christian but it turned out she wasn't and I do not want to repeat that again.

The woman I am looking for should be between 28 to 38, preferably white, is seeking marriage, and have a desires to start family. I'm ready to settle down and start a family, I do not have any kids but I would like her to give me at least couple children within few years. I am not getting any younger. :( I wake up everyday wanting to be a dad and want to have a lady I love and family to look forward to when I comes home. She also should not smoke, drink, do illegal or abuse drugs. I am attracted to average and plus size women, I am not attracted to SBBW. Good personality is more importantly than look as the chemistry has to be there for us in beginning.

Honesty is also needed. I appreciate somebody that is blunt in their honesty rather than somebody who tells me what I want to hear instead of what I need to hear. I have a successful career in wireless field of 15 years and would like to find a good counterpart to compliment me. I owns a home in Chesterfield and also almost debt free. I am introverted so I don't party, or do crazy crowds or what not, but I am fairly spontaneous and definitely fun.

I am deaf but I wears a cochlear implant which it helps me to hear almost like everyone else.. I can talk very well and have no trouble communicating with person.. I do know sign language and if you know signs, that is a big plus. I just find deaf or strong signer woman is easier to talk to and fun to be with.

If interested, tell me some things about yourself, send me a pic and if the attraction is there, we can go from there.

Serious inquiries only please.. But I welcome new friends as well. :)

You are having a hard time finding one because you focus on women who are younger than you are. *smh*

Hi Richard,

I am also in Richmond, VA and looking to start a family soon. I am not deaf, though I would be willing to learn sign language. I'm a really strong Christian too. I'd be happy to send you a pic of myself if you're interested. You can email me at eharmonycatherine@hotmail.com and I'll send you a pic there.

Best,

Catherine

Richard...these days finding a woman who is willing to be submissive to a man is like trying to find a needle in a haystack. We just don't want to be slaves anymore, u know?

Looks like catlover21 takes interest:giggle:

Omg, this is over 2 years old OP!!! I did not realize that the second post I made to him. LOL

He's 42 seeking someone 28.... that's pretty damn special... Maybe he's into that "dating someone who could be my daughter" kind of stuff... :barf:

Preferably white... how awesome is that.... :laugh2: Awwww, well, as far as my race is concerned I'm white, but since people are retarded and like to think your Ethnicity is a race I suppose my Romanian "race" will disqualify me as it sets me closer to being a Hispanic/white mix! Oh darn!

Since it is 2 years since the last OP's post... perhaps he got hitched? :dunno:

Its hard to find good deaf woman for marriage !!!!

It is only "hard" if you have unrealistic expectations of what you are looking for in your ideal wife. Look at RichardDeaf's post for instance - he had some pretty stringent requirements that repulsed most of us. Not to mention that many of us do not have marriage on our minds when going into dating/new relationships. If I was dating a man (deaf or hearing, it does not matter) and he proposed for marriage after only a few months or so, it would flat-out scare me off. Marriage itself is a life-changing decision, hence why I want to take my time. I do not go into a relationship thinking "This is the man I am going to marry"--I go into it thinking, "Let's see where this takes us."

Blue font probably the best advise, wish I had took that advice years ago. Its long story, and I decided to chalk up and stick with it regardless. I did got what I wanted and it was not exact I'd thought it would come out. I could have got better than what I have if I took the time.

I can guarantee one thing, the OP will NEVER find perfect partner. He is wasting too much time and resource, he forgot one thing… His life is short, and God may have already ran out of "perfect match" for him. It would be scary for him if he died and met God only to find out that he sent him hundreds of "perfect matches" for him. Sad? Eh?

Having a lifetime relationship along with kids is a LOT more complicated than those who never experienced and assume what it is like. This is something I wish I have listen to that special person long time ago. That person was right all along.
