Brits send 'U R dumped' txt msgs

Of the 771 Britons aged over 15 polled by market research firm NOP for Swiss software company Sicap, 38 percent confessed to reading their partner's private messages.

I reckon it's a pathetic and thoughtless way of breaking off a relationship. That does cause rifts between the two parties and I feel that'd make a lasting and negative effect on both parties for the near future.
I prefer if a break up was a must - then do it in person, face to face. Despite how painful it can be, but it's better that way than via SMS.

(remmy, that's only IMO)
