AquaBlue, I think many of us who are gay appreciate your posing this question in the respectful way you have, so thank you for that. You might get more responses if you moved this thread to the GLBT forum, but that being said, I believe one is born gay. Of course, once someone comes out, there are usually adaptive elements to the lifestyle, but I believe all sexualities are born that way.
