It is depend....

I would call to get a hotel room, or go somewhere quiet like cabin and enjoy the romance. It is depend on 'when'. It can be anytime of the year, whenever how you feel like up to it.

For me, I would go to Lake Tahoe, and get a cabin or condo for a whole week... and enjoy all the awesome romances with someone special in my life! Lake Tahoe is one of my favorite place to visit....another place is S.F. but however I haven't been to islands such as Hawaii, Bahamas, or Caribbeans islands....one day of course.

I am not really picky where it has to be... It could be in Paris, San Francisco, Dubai, New York City, Stockholm, Las Vegas, New Orleans, Toronto, Savannah, Tokyo, Hawaii, Miami-Dade and even North Pole.

Hotel, beach, cabin, RV, etc would be fine with me. As long everything is in agreement with the special lady.

My guy likes to show his love in many ways----being a good guy, good dad, and good friend to all of us. Flowers now and then. Dinners out whenever one of us feel like it. Laying low for now on the bigger expenses but we're happy. When he cleans the house or tells me to go out (to do whatever I want for myself), I know he's being loving...

I agree its shallow to really need a man with lots of money.
Novel hero is a good description, indicating you want a man with character not wealth ia fair dinkam, but the problem is that many conventional romance novels, (no i dont read them but TV's movies are all the same) tends to promote an idea that men with wealth have more character than men without. It kinda falls short dont you reckon?

I'm a sucker for romance. Probably because I'm a female, lol. I find that I enjoy the simpler things in life.

On a ferris wheel at night. Watching the light show at Disneyland. Picnic by a lake with a shade tree. Boating on a lake. Watching fireworks. Sitting on a porch swing to watch the sunset (or better yet, sunrise). Dancing in the rain without a care in the world.

The best place for me would be my huge soaking tub with a warm bubble bath, glasses of wine, and candles all lit up around us. That would be just good enough!

im been talk James our boyfriend on e-mail that he and me would have nice lit candle dinner when im in England for visit or he will visit me somedays and walk nice somewhere in London,England.Because in London,England had greats lights and also Ben Clock,etc!

We lit the candle on the garden table and chairs at our garden. We use it a lot to have sunset view and drink a glass of wine between spring and autumn... or watch fireplace with glass of wine during winter time.

My favorite romantic moment was lying on a hammock on the beach in Jamaica, listening to the ocean and watching the stars and just talking about life with my husband. We fell asleep in each other's arms.......then woke up with funky rope criss-cross marks all over our skin from the hammock---we looked like a baked ham.

It doesnt matter.... as long as he is creative.. going on picnic and enjoy day together and laughing together.. walking by the river.. going up the mountain and look at overlook watching sunsets together.. looking in each other eyes.. holding hands.. just being together.. thats good enough for me..

also being with someone in tub and candles all around.. also using candles at table while we eat together.. thats romance! anywhere....

playing in rains, jump in puddles together, playing in snows and throw snowballs at each other... now thats fun!

It won't matter where as long as you are creative to be romantic and the place won't matter. It the thought and the love that counts. But I can make a few idea what best romantic ideas or place you can be romantic. It not really that hard to create some romantic gestures. Try something like a nice romantic stroll on the beach at sunset with a pinic basket with sandwish, grapes, cheese crackers and whine, a nice dinner two at resturant and a movie comdey flick, or Flowers and candies, dinner alone for two with candles light and dim glow lights, even better you can take your partner to the roof one night. Sit together, snuggle up and gaze at the stars, or When it is raining, take him outside and get wet together. Or you can even snuggle under one umbrella. So many ways and places to be romantic.
