Lots will depend on the deaf woman herself. Is she most comfortable with deaf or hearing. Or does she mingle with both well? Would be a big advantage if you sign as much as possible and improve the skills that communic, ating by sign requires.
Other than that you have. The usual life and relationship stuff that is the same with. Deaf and hearing, male or female or. In your case female female

Thnx deafbirk..!i nver knew that a relationship wif a deaf person is just as normal. She was married to a hearing man. He, however, refused to learn sign n was very abusive towards her. All i can say is that, she only mingled with deaf people bfore she met me and i dunno if that's got to do with her terrible marriage.
But, rcently she has asked me to teach her to speak since she doesn't know how to, at all.and i am more than happy to since she'll be teaching me to sign as well. Bottom line is there is no gap that we can't pull closer. But i hve worries that she'll find convenience in her fellow deaf friend and see no fture btween us.:-(
