Good luck with the program. I've heard about this product but never have had to use it. Never had a weight issue, and I credit that to my body building days, free-weight lifting, etc., 5 days a week. And foregoing junk food, lots of chicken and veggies....However, I'm approaching my 65th....and I'm enjoying life more, eating things that I never did before...but no health issues at all, except for my ears, and that's life-long.
