OP member tell me
I am limit on implentation feedback on advise someone told me on not good milk 500 calories reason serious! without on sugar because milk is very sugar/juice I found it Thank

yes milk is caloric, because milk chemically is basically saturated fat, protein, sugar
and is sweet because it has a lot of sugar - lactose which btw is the cause of gas, 'gurgling' sometimes diarrhea after drinking milk or eating milk products like cheeses, ice cream, yogurt etc by persons with lactose intolerance. If you think you may have lactose intolerance (it is NOT an allergy) you can be helped by using a lactose free milk and/ or milk products, or use the lact-aid pills right before eating any lactose containing products. What Is Milk Made Of? WHAT IS MILK MADE OF? Travis, if you are watching your calorie intake here is a good way to monitor what has how many: Food Calories Oh, and it's mainly the fat in the milk that make it high calorie, so if you want to cut on the calories choose 2% or even less. Calories:100 FAT 2.5g 4%( saturated 1.5% 7%) Cholesterol 15mg Sodium 115mg5% CARBOHYDRATE 12g 4% Fiber 0%,sugars 11g PROTEIN 9gm Vitamin A 15% Vitamin C 0% Calcium 30% Iron 0% Vitamin D 45% The label on Sealtest 1% milk-Canada- bought yesterday.

Why would anyone drink 3.78L-US(Canada 4L jugs/bags) of milk in one hour in the first place-here on earth?
Is this some new fad in Boulder these days? Does "satan" have a herd of cows in"hell"? Excluding here on computers-of course!

Travis: here in Ontario a "large portion of education" is part of one's real estate taxes. Government claim a large part of taxes is for health and education. Is that true in your province-Saskatchewan?
Both Sunshine & PFH stated they don't "believe in hell" is "that" what upset you ? I understand we shouldn't discuss "religion/theology" here in Alldeaf.com.
