I will have to try it this way. Normally I slice my onions a bit differently. I think ti's awesome you're making vids on healthy cooking. I got interested in that when I came down with diabetes.

That's how I have been cutting onions for stir-fries for the last 15 years or so. Only, I will cut the ends off first, then cut in half, then it's easier to peel the half sections before slicing.
