Is this thread for those that work a night shift?

I'm really curios as to the reasoning behind the topic. Hopefully someone can shed some light on this for me.

I have wondered about that too. It should say, "What did you have for lunch today?"

Well!

I will have you know the dogs tell me I have a delightful smell!

Maybe that's because they are carnivores who noticed I ate beef for lunch...

In the summer time it can be too hot to eat hot foods. Make sure that you are hydrated! You don't always have to drink water because water is in a lot of fruits and vegetables!

We had hot beef sundaes. This is the recipe of the Iowa beef council.

It consists of a scoop of mashed potatoes in a bowl, topped with shredded roast beef in beef gravy. If creative, you can put a cherry tomato on the top to make it look more sundae like.

Amazingly, I actually liked it.

That's just like having a dinner of roast beef, mashed potatoes and gravy. Just add some peas or green beans!

True. On the side though or it won't look like a sundae anymore!
