Not a healthy lunch for sure for me. Mother in another of her "not here" status and so she ate part of my lunch. I had fixed leftover turkey, mashed potatoes and some butter beans. She ate the turkey and butter beans, so I cut off a piece of Challah bread to have with my mashed potatoes.
