dont make any formal lunches on the weekends. During the week, I tend to have a plain sandwich and a very colorful salad.

A frozen bag of store brand pasta, chicken and vegetables. It really was good and very fast. I think I would buy that one again. It seems healthy too.

Mom and I had a Spring mix of salad greens with diced tomato, diced cucumber, diced turnip, veggie "chicken" strips and she had shredded cheese. There were also mandarin oranges and sliced almonds. then we topped it off with and Asian Sesame with ginger and soy dressing.

I made beef stew today and even though everyone else raves about it, it tastes bland to me.

I suppose it will take a little more time to get my taste buds working again, lol.
