Tonight I tried a new recipe with kale, tofu and japanese noodles, it was really good with the lime juice, soya sauce, peanut butter sauce. Normally I hate tofu but when it's fried in the same sauce, it's actually pretty good.

Leftover spaghetti and tea. Leftovers are so conveniently delicious.

Kristina, if you had the brand of "chkn" that I am thinking of we prefer that over real chicken. It is really good. MSF brand?

My lunch was a poor attempt at a sandwich due to being so rushed when I made it and then agian being rushed through lunch so I just practically downed it in one bite. My lunches have been rushed lately. First time that has happened since I started this job 9 years ago. oh boy.
