I work at McDonalds and doing grills myself with chickens, quarter pounders, and reg burgers myself alone no one HELP ME!
and I have problem with heavy sweats during cooking, humidity, hot, or whatever but realized that powerade helps me less sweats and make feeling cool myself. Just for your information

I used to work at McDonald's for a year or less in the mid-1980's. What I did was when I would get sweaty, I go in the back and stay in the freezer for a minute.
A lot of cooks do get sweaty, it doesn't get on foods since the stoves got rails around or whatever that is called. |

just drink very cold water and it help u cool off while u work.. i hope that it will be help u!!!
