Powerade

I work at McDonalds and doing grills myself with chickens, quarter pounders, and reg burgers myself alone no one HELP ME! and I have problem with heavy sweats during cooking, humidity, hot, or whatever but realized that powerade helps me less sweats and make feeling cool myself. Just for your information

Have you ever tried Gatorade? That might help as well. It would also help to wear a thin t-shirt underneath if possible. Just a suggestion.

You sweat into the cooking food? Now I prolly won't eat chicken out there.

Have you thought about wearing sweat band for your head to absorb your sweats from falling off your head?

I used to work at McDonald's for a year or less in the mid-1980's. What I did was when I would get sweaty, I go in the back and stay in the freezer for a minute.

A lot of cooks do get sweaty, it doesn't get on foods since the stoves got rails around or whatever that is called.

just drink very cold water and it help u cool off while u work.. i hope that it will be help u!!!

Powerade is similar to Gatorade. Notice the spelling is similar? GATORade and POWERade. Both pretty much function the say way on your body differently than Kool-Aid does and water.

I guess Hawaii doesnt have a powerade.... powerade and gatorade tastes are same.
