mood swing

I notice my mood because I feeling stress out.... I'm very stress I know very well I am frustrated. I know I don't understand myself feeling. I ma upset my cochlear implant. I know I call him unviersity I right human code. I will report to him. I will do it. I am worried and panic. I know really difficult to communication to not fair to cochlear implant. I didn't want to stress. I understand feeling difficult chagne my mind. I am disappointment.. That is why concern about to me.. I know very not easy perfect. I am very guess, I know they someone ignored to me not respect to me. I know not enough. they disjudgement to me. I don't understand they courage to approach to right my human. I want to continue to write on comments open mind. I don't understand you are all right. that is not bit resistant. I know my personal easy... I know I am afraiad. I know convice to Nucleus Freedom 5 I am wish be right my law...

I'm sorry that you're feeling down.

I don't think it's necessary to start a new thread each time your mood changes.

AD is a forum, not a blog.

Maybe you can just update the threads that you have already started. Or maybe you can merge some of them?

You have too many threads for us to keep up with. It's confusing.

I know not easy simplty. That is difficult to many too confused. I know confused. I know not easy well I am very disappointment. I know important to visual sign language that is why help you better see instead write on paper.. I know high rank I want to more focus on my personal. I want to history my biological my personal reason point how feeling you understand...

Reba is correct.

You post too many threads about the same thing. It is too much for all of us.

Travis, go for a walk instead of staying on the computer all the time when you feel anxiety.

It is not a good idea for you to be on the computer all the time when you feel stress, worry, upset or anxiety. You should go out and go for a walk. The sun is lovely for you and your body. Stay indoors all the time is not healthy for your mind, heart and body.

Please try to reduce posting too many threads about the same things, ok?

I know try reduce posting how do you help me support I don't want too worst to posts. I am try best relax instead relax visit to my mom and dad also I gues I feeling walk and go to visit to my mom and dad

Hello Travis,

I hope you are doing well. I know it can be frustrating to feel anxiety. I understand you.

What you might try to do, is only post in this thread when you have a mood swing. Don't start a new one, just post your feelings in this thread.

That way, people can get to know who you are and can understand what you are going through.

When you start a new subject, or a new thread, its like you are starting a brand new story. I get lost and confused to what you are trying to say.

I hope this makes sense to you. I hope you are able to find your inner peace. If you need help to find it, just ask people for help.

I agree with Mrs. Bucket....just take it easy and find some activities to help you think over things or forget it and move on..whatever works.

are you correct I try reduce posts I know I don't want to easy fast. I know try best help you suggest I want to happy.. I know I am patient and relax and reading lots of words that is good. I help reading on comments. I enjoy with comments. You know me my life. I know important to thread is best do care myself. I understand. I do it try best help my feeling happy and hope be outing activities and visit to mom and dad...
