It’s the experience

Every time a person who has quit smoking sees someone smoking, a feeling of pity came to his mind about himself. A thought as if, he had done a sacrifice for nothing good. He feels that people who smoke are lucky, when compared to him.

Never ever feel sorry for yourself, for quitting smoking. You have taken the best decision in your life. Feel pity towards the person who smokes and spoiling his life. Remember that every on like to get away from smoking habits, as once you wished. It may be one or two simple factors that’s keeping them away from stopping.

Approach them, advice them, make them aware of the bad effects associated with it. Rather than all these, tell them your own experience. It’s the real natural ways to quit smoking.
