Gently done in real butter to a glistening over medium, served with home made buttermilk biscuits. Second favorite, poached in a fiery fresh made salsa called salsa de don jesus and served with hot, fresh flour tortillas. Third favorite, devilled!

I like it scrambled... and I also love omelettes.

I do like over-easy, but once in a great while I have that and along with the toast dip into the yolk.

I like it being scrambled but once in a while, I would like to have it sunny side up.

With the scrambled eggs, I always love it when I put it on the toast, melted cheese and bacon on it to make myself a egg-sandwich. So good!

sometimes I like hard-boiled

Scrambled, Sunnyside up, or omelete with vegetables is my favorite! Really not too picky as long as the egg is not dry and nasty like some resturants that over cook it. I will not eat that.

Jolie add mushrooms and a slice of tomato to that and it's the perfect sandwich for breakfast!
