Anyone with mild bi-polar?

Is anyone here with 'mild' bi-polar?

Is bi-polar normal?

Is bi-polar so "nutty"?

I want to understand the condition.

People says to label bi-polar as "manic" like really crazy person.

Where is bi-polar coming from? Is it genetic in the family? Or just happens to have bi-polar first time by itself?.

Can bi-polar control not to be so crazy or can bi-polar try to be happy? (Without medication) Instead of thinking negative in the head.

Some says medication may not work for bi-polar even still out of control.
