Eye sight

i dont know how bad my eye is but im just wondering if any of you know?

right eye- sph +450 cyl -0.75 Axis 95.0

left eye - sph +50 cyl 0-25 Axis 180.0


what does this mean?
 
Means you are pretty far sighted in your right eye, a little bit far sighted in your left, and you have some astigmatism.
 
I can always figure out how bad my eyes are by taking off my glasses.:giggle:

im sorry to tell you but with those readings you have about 3 weeks to live you have a rare condition your eyeballs are highly pressurized and will explode causing sever hemorrhaging from your your eye sockets.

That is just silliness. You are only a little far sighted and astigmatic. It won't hurt you at all.

This person is an idiot. Nothing you wrote above states anything about eye pressure. Eye pressure is indicated by a number between 10 and 21 mmHg.
 
In regards to far sightedness and astigmatism, a majority of people have one or both of these conditions. I wouldn't worry.
 
whats astigmatism? i was told i have a lazy eye in my right eye and that is my only eye problem and my left eye is normal
 
Go to see your eye doctor.

You live in UK and it's free to see them, lucky so enough.
 
I had my eye test yesterday. and he said i have a lazy eye and my left eye is normal

The results that you are giving is a prescription for Eye Glasses.


It does not state eye pressure or what not, Nor it states anything about what is wrong with your eyes.

Simply states what kind of glasses you need.

If you are concerned about your eyes. Have your parents take you to the eye specialist for further information.
 
Astigmatism occurs when vision is blurred due to an irregular shape of the cornea.

Lazy eyes aren't anything to be concerned about either since the stronger eye compensates for the weaker (i.e. lazy) eye.
 
If your vision isn't blurred, then you either don't have astigmatism or you have a very mild case.
 
no, get them thur but wearing my old glasses for now.

I only have to wear them for reading, tv and computer

If you really want to know what it means.

Ask the one that wrote your prescription. He will tell you more than we can here.

Is nothing, This is just to tell the people (that are making your glasses) how they will cut the lenses for your eye glasses.


Like I said before... It does not say anything about the health of your eyes.
