Every month I crave nothing and will eat nothing but sweets (very bad for me I know, not just in the health sense, but also b/c I am hypoglycemic/pre-diabetic) but the rest of the time I eat like a bird. I'll prefer dry ramen noodles over a cooked meal, I'll prefer a salad over a grilled cheese, etc. I'll live off of oranges and apples for days. Then usually a week or so before I'll consume more meat than usual, then about 3 days before I'll eat nothing but sweets and chocolate.

My husband has a bad cold and doesn't want to eat. Poor him!

So my daughter came and took me to Jason's Deli for lunch.

I ate a Pollo Mexicano potato and Diet Coke.
