travis,

one should *never* drink alcohol while taking medication. if you are having a problem right now, you need to call your doctor immediately. don't wait. do it now -- please.

if you consumed alot of alcohol, then you need to call 911 as soon as possible.

You should NOT be consuming alcohol when under medication.

I feel like a hypocrite, because I *have* consumed a small amount of alcohol with my meds, but don't!

It can be very dangerous. As I type this, I'm slapping myself for doing what I'm telling you not to do.

Please Travis. Don't drink while taking your medications. You could literally die if you do that.

too late I am getting beer geniune draft

Travis,

It is not a good idea for you to drink beer with the medications you are taking. It will make your medicine have a greater effect on you, and could put you in the hospital. Please take care of yourself. Don't drink while taking your meds. It won't solve any problems, and will probably cause you more problems.

Travis, I added you to my Facebook so you could talk to me anytime you wanted.

I left a message for you in your Facebook inbox, smile.

I take medication too, Travis and I don't drink because I can't drink.

You're absolutely right. I shouldn't have, either. It's a rather dumb thing to do, to be honest. But, we're all adults and we don't always do what is best for us. I've made the mistake (and thankfully without repercussions), but it's a slippery slope to go down and probably one better not ventured down.

I've got facebook, too. If you wanna add me, feel free to PM me for info. :)

Its not nice!! Please get yourself help ok

Good luck

i'll admit that when i first started taking meds for my bipolar, i drank alcohol until my pdoc told me about the consequences of doing so. now i don't touch the stuff .

Travis, it was good chatting with you on ooVoo.

I am sorry that my laptop shut down on me as it was overheating.

Maybe next time we can chat on ooVoo and you can email me so we can chat more ok? Check your PM for my email address, smile Travis!!! *hugs*

travis,

i just wanted to thank you for letting me how you're doing. i'm so glad that you are taking care of yourself. please come back when you can to let us know how you are feeling, okay?

i do drink beer or wine once but not everyday on wine or beer dues your health problems like sezuires or whatevers types of health reasons.

im major sezuires when i was 12 years old but im using medicine everyday all the times but i listen to doctors's advise i read bottle says dont using alcohol but i would can allowed it just once!

my parents give me drink beer once not everyday! but i listen my parents but i can drink pop soda or water lots they i can drink alcohol once that it.

travis, you should drink least not too much and dont drunk when you drive or not im warned it.AND PLUS IF you are had sezuire im serious!

It's better to enjoy the medication cureness instead of taking it with the alcohol.

If you really have to drink, drink LITTLE. I did drank a glass of wine after taking the medicine, but I wouldn't drink too much because I know it could cause my stomach to bleed.

People,

Travis has had issues with overdosing on his medication. The last thing he needs is to drink on top of this. He shouldn't be messing with alcohol at ALL under ANY circumstances. Not even in small amounts or even moderate amounts.

That's my advice, anyway.

and doctor's advice as well.

We cant see the similarity of this - like Heath Ledger, the first anniversay of his death isn't far away unfortunately.

No need to compare apples to oranges here. Travis is not Heath. Thank you. Get to know Travis first before you make comparisons. :ty:

Travis PM'ed me and asked me that he would appreciate if any of you that showed concern to him, please add him on your MSN list. You can check on his profile and add him as well.

Travis and I chatted on webcam & I can see he enjoys ASL only conversations.

Be his friend, not his judge, jury and executioner.. please.

I got to know him and now understand his situation.

Hang in there, Travis.
