spicy pepperoni rice salad

SPICY PEPPERONI RICE SALAD

3 cups cold cooked rice
1 pkg. sliced pepperoni
1/2 cups diced cheddar cheese
1/2 cups sliced green onion
1/2 cups sliced celery
Italian salad dressing
Lettuce
Sliced tomatoes

Combine rice, pepperoni, cheese, green onion, celery and 1/3 cup salad dressing. Mix lightly. Refrigerate 1 - 2 hours. Arrange lettuce and tomatoes on plate, top with rice mixture. Serves 6.

i like to eat whatever i'm in the mood for all year round (provided i can buy the fruits and vegetables for it). if i'm in the mood for it, i'll eat it!
