If I have a flu and I will drink Green Tea to help get better. It's good for health.

I love green tea! I drink every day ever i carried tea bags to camping, hiking, club, pub, bar, hospital and everywhere. I rather use "tea bag" (name of a brand in Australia) is better than other brands. Sometime I put mints, lemon or honey for extra favor... :-)

Pinky, I drink Litpon tea which also has Antioxidant. Yeah. Tea with Antioxidant is good for your health. It fights against cancer and heart disease.

Before you buy tea, always make sure that the favor tea you like does have Antioxidant and that is important for your health. Drink Antioxidant tea in the morning, noon, and in the evening. Add some favor into the tea and it will make you joy.

I never tried green tea standalone but I do like drinking Energy green tea, Arizona green tea with honey, Sobe green tea with honey and ginseng, and lastly, Arizona green tea with ginseng and asian plum juice. Arizona green tea with honey is my favorite. I wouldn't mind trying different of green tea ones.
