check your drinks for High Fructose Corn Syrup. HFCS is really bad for you. I still drink sodas, but find sodas that are made with pure sugar instead of HFCS. Jones Soda is made with pure sugar, some Hansen's and Blue Sky sodas are made with pure sugar (seems they used to be made with HFCS but are switching back to pure sugar?). That's my main worry right now, the HFCS. Check juices for the HFCS too. Ocean Spray and others have HFCS. V8 doesn't, if I remember right.

and splenda? forget it. I hate splenda.

Splenda, I avoid these too as well.

Ocean Spray's 100% Juice Blend products do not contain HFCS. Only these that are not labelled 100% Juice Blend are plagued with HFCS.

I do know of a lady who is so fat it is literally killing her because the weight is crushing down on her chest. It doesnt help any that she is already asthmatic.

Sad part? She believes it is only her breathing when she refuses to admit that her weight is the source of alot of her problems. She refers to herself as 'fluffy' and denies she is actually obese and that it is affecting her health.

I dont want to be one of those people, so Ive been conscious about my weight for as long as I can remember. Right now I weigh 148, not bad but another 20 pounds lost and I would be within normal ranges for my height and bone structure. I am hoping to lose this amout by fall.
