Anyone has tendonitis?

My doctor said that I might have tendonitis in my wrist & arm. So he gave me a referral to see specialist so I have an appt next Wed.

Anyone here has experience with tendonitis? Like to share here. Thanks.

When I rode horses a lot I had tendonitis in my leg. Maybe from running, soccer, other sports and riding a lot, but my hip hurt over jumps with my horse and then it hurt even when sitting. I couldn't run and crawled up stairs because I couldn't lift my foot up. I saw the orthopedic surgeon and had x-rays and then physical therapy. Now I run every day and play soccer etc and sometimes my hip hurts. I take Advil or Alleve and put ice on my hip - it is not terrible but ok.

Hope your wrist and arm are better.

Ouchie! Thanks for sharing. I think it cause my wrist/hand painful by lifting heavy things, on the computer or interpret w/deaf blind man at church (his hands & arms are real heavy!).

Anyone else?
