I used to take the birth control, the reason is I have the cyst in my ovary. Birth Control help to heal up. But bith control isn't save for all of women to taking it because of pregnant.

Birth Control is good for women who have period issues or cyst in ovary or whateverlike that.

I agree with u Sweetheart. BC helps with period issues.

BTW about myself using BC or not..TMI

I strongly recommend all women get a pap smear even though it is not pleasant. Can save lives.

I stopped taking it...dr gave me different medication to keep my period going. Because my cycle isn't regular monthly.

Yes I get an exam annually. It is safe and can save lives!

BC isn't for everyone.

I took bc pill and got pregnant with my last baby, It is not 100 per cent safe!!

After she was born, I stopped it completely.

Yes I had a test and health check, usually I received a Reminder Letter from Doctor every year.

I agreed with anyone here about safety and period issues. I´m one of them to take the BC due period issues.

I used to take pill long time ago before I start a family. After had a first baby, the pill affect my heath. I had been tried different but it still doesn´t work on me.

I living without BC for over 15 years. I feel good and happier.

My hubby rather to have me BC but accept the fact that I do not want to have one. I suggest him to go vasecomty but he is

I vote no, I don't like birth control because it made me gain a certain amount of weight, mood swings started kicking in, so once I got rid of birth control I felt a whole lot better.

Same here, Cheri...When i first married years ago, i took
BC, i had problems like that, weight gain, migraine headaches,
mood swings, etc so dr. made me quit them..ugh! it was just
awful so no more, cant take em.
I had early menopause....yay! so no need for BC and no more
periods! just wonderful! lol!
My best friend's daughter had to take BC when she was 13 yrs
old cuz of heavy periods so it helped lessen the flow. Guess it
works for different women, ...weird, huh?

Well, BC does prevent women from getting pregnant but it would
not decrease desire of sex, no. in fact, it increases more desire
for sex cuz no more worry about getting pregnant.

Im not sure of your second question..you mean if women who never
had sex? well, yeah, if they never had sex, of course they would
not get pregnant...heh.

No, I didn't miss one day. Even if I did, missing one day doesn't make a difference. BC pills are just not perfect.

It was a big surprise to me. I was almost three months pregnant before the doctor confirmed it.

Now, men will blame us for controlling them and having children
when they don't want children.

Men should get Vasetomy.... but noooo men like to spill sperm
everywhere, being careless... cause it is so hot.

I have been on bc for years now mainly for the fact that I can guess when I get my visitor within a 6 hour window. That is pretty sweet. As for sex goes, still careful because, it's true, it's NOT 100%. I can barely afford gas; I don't need a kid too!

*I wonder how many men will read this thread...?*
