A little black pill that is my sanity right now. Actually it is an herbal metabolism booster that is controversial and is banned in certain places (but not here). It has Yohimbine Alkaloids, Yerba Mate, Guarana, Capsaicin, Caffeine, and Dextrose. The other night I took one with Red Bull, OMG I was up all friggin' night I was so zingy. Once I took a double dose with a large Red Bull, a B12 shot, Green Tea Pills, and an XS energy drink. OMG now that had me spinning like a rocket for about 4 hours, and I had tachycardia for about 2.5 of those hours. Before it was all said and done I was sweating like a pig in a refrigerated room. It was nuts. I've never done that much and I said never again.

Tonight I fixed Tilapia in a foil packet with lemon pepper seasoning, sliced lemon, butter and diced tomato. Pasta shells with butter and lemon pepper seasoning and steamed broccoli.

Last night I had breaded eggplant that was fried and topped with riccotta, basil, tomato sauce and cheese. I also had brushcetta, spicy red wine, gelato and cappuccino.

I had turkey and mashed potatoes, with a side of green beans with cranberries.

It was a frozen dinner by Marie Callender , and luckily not one of the ones just recalled!

a pint of icecream - no joke. The icecream store was closing for good and the line to get a cone was too long, so I just got a pint....and ate the whole thing at 5:00. I went fly fishing and decided that I would skip having a real dinner tonight.

Mushroom with parmesan risotto and a tomato/mozarella side salad
Dessert: strawberries

I got plenty of strawberries the other day and this afternoon I'm gonna be busy doing some strawberry icecream. Anybody want some?

Big family night tonight. We went to Pizza Hut for Veggie Lovers and Meat Lovers, along with salad and sodas, and then we brought ice cream cones home from the grocery for dessert.

Now I have the group watching Three Rivers on television.

I'm having that tonight except we'll have apple and razzberry pies for desert. I'm preparing dinner for my family and kids who should get here soon after their long drive. Been in and out today cleaning up the house, getting food ready for tonight.

I'm about to get food done for tonight. Some noodle gratin with mushroom and Broccoli. My three godsons LOVE it! (me too) So I'll spoil them with that and an extra piece of my home-made strawberry icecream from yesterday (but only if they behave)

They absolutely loved it, me too (I'm not crazy about icecream, except for the one I make myself )

Today I just had left over from yesterday... nothing new thus. Wondering about what I could cook tmw. Maybe keep it quick and simple: eggs, potatoe, spinach

Tonight we are going to make spaghetti with homemade marinara with meat sauce. And some kind of berry ice cream, depending on which berry looks best in the store.
