I had ordered a large pizza for myself and the kids. It was a treat that I had promised to my youngest son that if he behaved well during the week/end, he'd get something he wanted and he said he wanted a pizza from Papa John's lol.

ohhh, cleaning house, Shel .....you were preoccupied....housecleaning not my fav. chore but I do know sometimes it's just time to do. Others could help. Well, glad you feel fine!

Yeah, healthy eating, I always try. I eat mostly whole foods, emphasis on whole grains, beans, olive oil, fish and produce.
Unless it is actually a dessert

Not only I was busy, I wasnt hungry due to my sunburn. I noticed whenever I get burned, I lose my appetite. I have pork out for dinner...not sure what I will do with it. Sometimes, I just run out of ideas of what to cook.

As for healthy eating, I am on the same boat as you are. Always try to eat as healthy as I can.

oooh sunburn not so good! Have you ever tried those "after sun" products? Maybe not hungry because your body trying to heal itself, like when you have a cold?

I like to have a can of beans, pasta and sauce available so I can just throw something together if I am uninspired.

I like to eat healthy - for me it's a spiritual as well as physical thing, not "diet", just way I live-

I have aloe vera...maybe that's the reason I wasnt hungry. I wish I could lose my appetite like that daily!

Can of beans, pasta and sauce... now, I got an idea for dinner.

I had fat-free yogurt <Dairy>, some fruit juice and a fruit and nut bar with goji berries for fiber and vitamin A, and some rooibos tea.

You like brown or white rice, Shel? Or red rice, have you tried?

Yes, I have heard of some casseroles a long time ago with crushed potato chips, but the cracker topped potatoes is really new!

Last night, my boyfriend, friends and I went to New Orleans restaurant after the gay festival, it was so much fun all days both parade and festival. I had turkey cobb salad include chicken tortilla soup and arthicoke spinach dipped along with many pita bread for the appeziter.

Earlier tonight, I just had one baked potato (microwave potato) just sprinkle garlic powder, italian seasoning, then a little bit butter and sour cream mixed it up and smashed it. That goes Mmmm.

I also drank relaxing natural fruit called "chill" the natural alternative.

Peace

I'm thinking Chinese foods tonight, I'm going to take my boyfriend out to dinner for my treat. My bf treated me for dinner last time.

I'm going to have sauteed cod fillet w/vegetable and I don't know what my bf will pick maybe kung pao or garlic chicken either one.

Peace
