Fixed Pork, rice and peas for the family. I didn't eat as the smell of MIL's seasonings on her dinner made me very sick to stomach. Ah well!!

Bott, I would be honored if you and your husband would be my first "customers" at my kale-and-soup restaurant
, for the long trip back home I could even fortify you with several of the cases of the Diet Coke I have saved for you, as well as bag of Andes Mints

Tonight I plan to have a chicken sandwich, pretzels, and milk. So far, all family out of town, snowed in, or working, so just me and the dogs for New Years Eve.

I am glad you will enjoy my opening my opening, Bott-
yup, I know - but the place I'm thinking of offers tofu also I really like being able to make up the sauces and different dishes.tonight can be a time for dog-cuddling then. I love to have my guys on my lap, although my Lab is not a cuddly dog - he likes to be next to you and that's fine; both the Rotties enjoy<ed> laptime. Stay warm and cozy and hello to your furry friends, Bott! Shel I will be interested to know what your husband makes- I really like spicy food! |

Have had the crock pot going slowly all day and it smells heavenly. Pork roast, with potatoes, carrots, celery and onion and gravy. Bisquick biscuits with butter.
Crock pot finally got unpacked and will be used most days now. Yeah!!!

Garlic clove.
Literally. I ate a whole garlic clove because I was feeling hungry, but didn't want to eat... so I just ate the closest thing to me. Oddly I am full. Weird.

KLunch and dinner was one meal for me today. MIL took me to Applebee's and I had the sirloin, baked potato and steamed veggies.
For my family, I fixed an Italian hamburger throw-together.
