Not a lot... put on a diet since I went out to restaurant twice over weekend. Just had tomato mozzarella with olive oil and some salad spiced (no vinegrette!!!) Apples, apples and some more apples that were left. I could have considered baking an apple pie but nope... too much sugar recently

I just had the perogies. MMM! I put cheese and chives on it and dip in ketchup.

I dunno if hubby would be hungry, he'll have that with mushrooms, bell peppers (all colors), and onions. And put some sour cream on it. If he is not hungry, save that for his lunch tomorrow.

I had <all steamed> sweet potato, spinach and garlic cloves, with a green salad with some canned wild salmon added in and red tea. Some of the raw garlic I put in salad before I steamed it. I love garlic and spicy!
yes, I need to brush my teeth

Do you have Village Inn there? Here on Wednesday you get free pie slice with any purchase. I could have just bought a coke, or milk, and still had free pie.

But we thought it would be a nice lite dinner. My husband had chili and apple pie.

With mashed potatoes and green beans. Of course biscuits.

Had a few bites of a sandwich tonight, I've been craving healthy food so that definitely hit the spot!

Still craving my lemon herb chicken salad (with fresh avocados) *drools*

very simple dinner...

Fish sticks with rice pilaf and veggies (not sure what we have). I wanted just light and simple dinner before we head out to birthing center. My kid may want soup...probably tomato soup. Wait and see how my kid feel.

My plans got changed. My daughter is going to bring me pizza or lasagna. Yay. Plus I actually stumped out on two canes and walked half an hour.

Exhausted but proud.

I enjoyed the fact that I forced myself out of the house all alone and walked about a mile. I am happy that I am trying to regain so physical health as I have not been well for almost two years. I am very self conscious about strangers looking at me because of the paralysis of the left side of my face. TMI?

Plus it was my vegetarian daughter who brought pizza. It was DiGiorno's and was Mushroom, Garlic,Spinach. And I drank orange juice. For me that is a pretty healthy meal.

And I would not have needed to walk alone, but I forgot she does not get out of school until late on Friday. She had left her phone at her home, so when I texted and got no reply, I assumed she was out with friends.
