Plov rice. Mom always called it polvi. Dunno why. You should be able to find it at any Slavic restaurant. It's an Eastern European/Central Asian variant of pilaf.

I do and for lunch I had a burger on a chipotle bun, with swiss cheese, tomato, red onion and small amount of chipotle sauce. And we shared flash fried vegetable sticks.
Plus I already must report my dinner as I am just back from babysitting. My daughter took me to Culvers, where I had a burger, fries, and a concrete mixer. Good day as far as food goes.

Tonight I had ham, cauliflower, buns and something else I can't quite remember. There was more to choose from, but nothing that I really liked. It was one of those dinner nights where you have company.
