We cook over campfire. Hot dogs, s'mores, campfire potatos on sticks, stick roasted veggies. Yum.

I'm almost afraid to mention tonight's plans since every time I do, it gets changed by the family. **whispering** I plan to do the quinoa, veggies and tofu like I've been planning. Daughter gets 2 hard boiled eggs instead of tofu.

It was a pronto pup and corn-on-the-cob at the State Fair. I normally pig out there (where else can I do this once a year !!??

) but I've been sick so that was the extent of my dinner.

I bake bread today, have that with cabbage rolls. For dessert I make homemade ice cream from tofu, banana, coconut and soygurt.

Dinner tonight will be steaks on the grill, not for me, baked potatoes, skewers with onions, mushrooms, yellow squash and zucchini squash.

Buffalo wild wings from BW3.

I ordered 50 wings today b/c of Tuesday sale.
.45 cent wing and saved over $11.00.

@ Dogmom - It was sugar snap peas, baby corn, red pepper slivers, green onion, fresh, thinly sliced new onions, broc crowns and shitake. It was awesome. It would have been better over brown rice but we only had white. (Plain - steamed)
