Talking Share our diet foods what we eat everyday

^Angel^'s Dieting thread got me idea!!!

Logically, we gained the weight due Xmas/New Year holiday! After that we start our diet here now!!!

Why can't we share our posts here what we eat everyday. It does work when we share together what we eat everyday if we want lose some of our weight, then do post here! I read the magazine that it work well when we (friends or family) support each other with diet foods. Why can't we do that here?

I can take some of your tips what you are eating everyday.

Please dont feel shame if you cheat your diet foods. Simple add your post what you eat daily diet or cheat diet. Be honest and add your post here what you eat today, next,...........

Should we start right now!?

Well, it's my menu today:

First of all, I took thyroid hormones pill then 30 minutes waiting before start with my breakfast. (I took thyroid hormones pill every day in rest of my life, I'll add my story in Angel's thread soon).

Breakfast: I ate 1 whole wheat roll, butter & homemade apple jelly, black coffee.

Few hours after that I am drinking 2 pints of cinnamon/orange tea a day. (I made it in themo. jug to keep it hot for work).

Lunch:
Too bad, I am weak for Gyros, fries pommes, Takitki and mixed salad what I saw in canteen. (fatty food ). Anyway, I have plan for evening today is 2 kiwi!!!!!!!!!

Evening snack:
I am plan to eat 2 kiwi to save some calories what I ate at lunch time. I hope my plan is stay with my stark willing. Wait & see. I'll let you know later either I stick my plan or not with 2 kiwi for my evening snack.

My menu for today hasn't been planned yet, really...but I'm going to probably skip breakfast - have some water, maybe a piece of fruit...then for lunch, I am going to have a Weight Watchers Smart Ones (microwaveable lunch?) and then I'm going to be making pork chops for dinner...probably serve with rice or some pasta-roni...depends on what the kids want.

I would post my today menu here but then again I would embarass myself because lately I ve been craving for junk foods and don't want to admit to you guys if I blew my diet today. Sighing....

Oh, Meg. You've about as much to be embarrassed about as I do. Yesterday, ALL I ATE was a McD's meal. Because the points I needed for the day was surpassed by that one meal, I refused to eat anything else for the remainder of the day!

Oh no, dearest Meg

Nobody make fun of you what you are eating. If you really want to lose some of your weight then share it with us here everyday. It works.

See my lunch what I ate my lunch today is junk food Nobody are prefect.

I has to strict what I am eating accord healthy. Of course I am cheat with my diet or unhealthy foods sometimes because they are soooo gorgeous.

Yesterday I had breakfast:

breakfast: Corn meal muffin with butter a cup of coffee

lunch: low fat honey ham with salad (low fat dressing)

Snack: sugar free apple sauce with oatmeal (walnuts)

Dinner: Garden grilled hamburger, wheat pasta and spinach

Today: I had powder dounut (am craving for sugar) a cup of coffee

Lunch: Left over dinner from last night

Dinner: not sure, I did bring salad bowl with me for a dinner tonight at second job.

It is very hard when you eat salad, veggies and fruits everyday with boring taste. Natural, you were tempted to taste some sweet and salt on your tonuge. How can we avoid salt and sugar everyday in our life? It seems impossible....

Lost weight is very struggle for me due to anemia and fluid in my body. I need to avoid sodium in the food for my health's sake.

Just had oatmeal with a whole wheat toast. Drank water.

I have no idea about lunch yet but already made a plan for dinner. We will have salmon, salad and brown rice. what a boring meal but we need to eat fish twice a week.

Anyone exercise yet? I will walk dog soon after breakfast meal settle down and hope cold wind goes away.

Evening snack:

I ate ham & chip sandwich, following 2 kiwis and a cup of tea with milk. (itīs not right diet ). Iīm supposing to eat only 2 kiwi but I add ham & chip sandwich instead. I ate it at 5pm. itīs my last evening snack!!!!

Please re-read what I said an earlier.

Iīm talking about list of menu what we eat everyday to support each other with diet menu.

At Angel thread, is dieting discussion, thatīs what I said that Angelīs thread got me idea to create here to share what we eat everyday.

I can see every membersīs tips what they are eating could help us to lose our weight through support each other everyday.

If I has opinion then go Angelīs thread, not here.

What I eat today then here, not Angelīs thread.



I read the magazine that anyone support each other with diet plan work prefectly when they want lose the weight, thatīs why I thought about create here to share with online friends what we eat right or wrong. I can pick othersīs what they eat.

It would get me boring if I eat salad like this everyday. I eat salad once or twice a week.

Today, I had a bowl of oatmeal. It was cinnamon roll flavored, mm.

I am gonna try to skip lunch, only 3 more hours till dinner :stomach growls:, (Id give anything for a Chipotle burrito!!)

Dinner, hmm.. gotta make something for me and the dh.. I am thinking.. grilled chicken and the New Orleans black beans and rice..

Yes; Salad everyday and nothing for breakfast I don't like breakfast very much but, if I get hungry I'll take a bagel but that's all I like for breakfast. Sometimes I would eat some fruits for dinner. Trying to lose weight.

MM, its easy not to eat much when youre home all the time, youre hungrier at work.. and whenever my dh is home all day, we asks me to make chili omelettes, or breakfast burritos, or a big meal, mm.. its so good, but baaad!

Breakfast - Leftover Fried Chicken

Lunch - Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich or Hot Dog

Dinner - Whatever mom makes, if she doesn't cook today, I'll eat Fried Chicken.

LOL, I am not really on a diet but I think I did gain some weight. I will check at the hospital tonight when I work.

Breakfast: raspberry yogurt, baguette with apricot jam and fruit juice
Snack: apple
Lunch: was going to make pasta, but ran out of time, made instant spicy thai noodle soup instead
Dinner: don't know yet, will find out at the hospital when I work there tonight.

I rather to not make a list what I eat... two reasons: 1) Too radical for most of people lol. 2) I consume quite lot of meats and 'good' fats that can make vegetarians cringe in horror

Ohh Im so curious! I bet it cant be that crazy, cuz I saw on Ripley's that a guy had to eat rotten food, with stinking flies on it for his special condition!

I ate white meat 2 - 3 times a week and red meat once to twice a month.

I cant live without meat.

I would be interesting to know what you eat everyday - no matter either it's heathly or not. perhaps I can learn from you or others here.

I took thyroid hormones tablet as usual and wait 30 minutes before breakfast begin.

I ate 1 full grain roll, butter & homemade orange marmlade, 2 cups of black coffee today.

I'm with you....I used to not eat a lot of meat and my diet was horribly unhealthy. I've since cut out the junk and eat more meat and veggies. I've never felt better in my life.

Meat does the body good

That's why I need meat to strength my body.

Here is my lunch time (12.00 noon)

Lunch time:
Drink 500ml black currant yoghurt milk (1,5% fat)

I will have cup of black coffee soon then few hours later then 2 kiwis.

Evening snack? I'll look at fridge when I'm home after work.
