Which exercise good to loss weight fast?
 
No exercise is going to just melt the pounds away fast. You have to think, you didn't just gain the weight overnight, it's not going to just disappear that fast, either. The weight is only going to come off as fast as you put it on, and that's being generous. It is actually going to come off slower. It is easier to gain weight than to lose it, of course. The only way to lose weight and keep it off is 1-2 pounds a week and if you lose it even that fast, you've got to really bust your hump. 1200 calories a day ( The more you work out the more calories you need to eat though ), and work your butt off. In order to lose weight, you have to burn more calories than you take in. 1 pound of fat is equal to 3500 calories, do the math. It's not as easy as you may think. A lot of people have good luck with P90X but it's INTENSE and if you're just starting to work out and haven't built up tolerance, honestly it's not going to be something you're going to be able to jump right into. You have to change up your work out every day. If you do the same work outs every day, your body will become immune and stop losing weight. So, one day you have to do crunches, the next weights, the next work on your legs, the next a treadmill, the next and elliptical and so on. You have to keep changing it up. ( I have a personal trainer ) Weight resistance training with a Yoga ball usually yields the best results paired with cardio workouts. You also have to make sure you're getting plenty of protein and eating healthy... working out and downing a snickers isn't going to help. Also, fruit is your enemy... so is pasta... Lots of veggies, protein shakes, no sugar or sweets and of course lots of water... no Gatorade or sweet drinks... only water. That's the fastest way you're going to see results. Again, nothing and I mean NOTHING will make you lose weight fast... like I said in the beginning... you didn't put on the weight over night, in a few days, in a week, in a few weeks... it's not going to come off that way, either.

Also, don't even think about eating less than 1200 calories... You'll set your body into starvation mode and you'll hold onto every ounce of food you do eat... and you won't lose any weight at all... and might even gain. ( Medical professional, obsessive gym goer ect. ect. )

get off your ass and swim/run/etc. and eat right.

losing your weight fast is the fastest way to your grave as it will lead to cardiac arrest, heart attack, etc.

I went all technical with it ( Usually I'm all blunt and crap ) and you just followed me up with the bluntness... Ahhh... So refreshing... :laugh2:

Seriously though... Just go out and do things... Swimming is an excellent way to burn calories... I love to swim! Diet is definitely a number one thing to consider here though... eating healthy and drinking water is a super strong backbone to all of this. Well, and getting out... :P

not fast that bad...read somewhere suger free drinks are bad they cause some form of addiction to high carbs and sugar diet that advertised as health foods.
my own personal opinion 20mins power walk healthy diet,that how my son did it and he was over weight one year healthy diet power walk and now he marathon runner
 
My nephew was an overweight boy for so LONG time. He changed his eating habits from grease & sugary food to lean food, and more healthy food. He did workout a little slowly and working while he stands and walks a lot.. He actually lost so much of weight. He looks more healthly to me. I am happy for my little nephew but hes pretty tall than i am.

None, if you don't cut out processed food and eat healthy natural foods. But, since you asked, running.

Don't go for weight loss as that is only temporary. Go for a lifestyle change as that will last your whole life.
 
I think part of the problem today is people see all there miracle weight lost pills on TV and exercise equipment that help you lose weight in "No Time At All!" I love the ad that show photos of people holding a sign of how must weight they had lost but it does not show before and after photos of the people . People should try to notice when do they snack the most they can eat for all the wrong reason too , they could be upset , depress etc.
That should be consider too and if they started taking a new med that could made them gain weight. If the OP has been trying to lose weight and is having a hard time they should go for a check up. Or the OP could eat a tapeworm that will do the trick . I heard of people doing this . GROSS!
 
Just did 30 mins of weight training, 45 mins on the elliptical machine and then swam laps for another 30 mins. If I do this 5 times a week and watch what I eat, for sure the weight will come off but since summer break started, I haven't been consistent with it. I am still at the gym but relaxing by the pool while my son swims and plays. Keeps me out of the house and away from food.

I am hoping that when I return to work in August, I will do this 5 times a week.

My brother and his wife do the P90X...they both are very lean now.
 
I'm tired of all yahoo articles saying bad to do this do that instead. No matter what type of excerise it is some article says its not the right way.

Other day read its better to do 30 second sprints instead of 30 minute walk. Then another article saying running is bad for you do walk instead etc. There are plainly too many opinions on what is right and wrong for you

I've heard of P90x with coworkers but I have not seen physical evidence it works yet.
 
I'm tired of all yahoo articles saying bad to do this do that instead. No matter what type of excerise it is some article says its not the right way.

Other day read its better to do 30 second sprints instead of 30 minute walk. Then another article saying running is bad for you do walk instead etc. There are plainly too many opinions on what is right and wrong for you

I think it is the best thing for each of you all who focus on yourself that everyone is different. I thought I would be good if i workout more than two hours often. I notice that i did not do too well with it because i eat too much. So i cut down on workingout like up to 45 minues often then i eat less.

Actualy i dont do very well with my eating habits lately. I think i did ok with workout but not eating habits. ugh!!!!
 
Who is saying this?? Maybe it's b/c of the way fruit is being grown today , it's being sprayed bright colors to look ripe and pretty .

Because of the sugar content in them. I think anything in moderation is fine including fruits. Some people have completely eliminated fruits from their diets. I would miss fruits if Indie that! I just eat one serving a day and try to eat more servings of vegetables.k

My eating habits aren't that great either. Still eat too much cheese. Grrrr

On a good note, I swam 80 laps (1 hour and 15 mins) today. Feeling the burn right now.

P90x is very very good. If someone is not seeing results it's likely because a) they're not eating well b) they're not eating enough protein c) they're not sleeping enough.

You cannot outwork a bad diet. Fitness is like 80% diet only 20% gym. And yes HITT works better, adding sprints to a jog is only one way to add HITT to your workouts.

And yes fruit is high in fructose, natural sugar, and should be eaten like a treat. They make nice desserts :)
 
For me it is super hard to find a work out program due to having Dystonia. It causes most of my muscles to be in a constant charlie horse state. I have huge knots in between every rib on my right hand side. My right shoulder is 3" lower then my left due to the muscles being so tight. Nothing relieves it and I will have this forever. Having a pool would be amazing. I can't due a whole lot but if I just keep moving it's better then nothing. So for all of you with healthy bodies go for it.
