I been drinking ACV for the past 4 days, it's made a difference in me. I have energy, feel cleansed after a workout and helps control cravings. I can enjoy a good meal and feel full fast.

I add raw honey to water and ACV with ice and it's good!

I have a bottle of Bragg ACV in my fridge right now. I been making my own salad dressing b/c the one in the store have sugar or fake sweeters which made me sick. I add garlic and olive oil and spices .

I use Mrs. Dash Italian medley and add some black pepper and a little salt . It has garlic in it but I love fresh garlic .




I read that if you use vinegar in your washing machine a lot it can damage the rubber hoses .

My dogs are getting raw garlic also

Shel, for #7, I know people who apply it directly to the dogs, diluted either with water, shampoo or a carrier oil, like coconut or jojoba oil.

My two girls-dogs - get it in their food dish, I just pour it from the bottle in the frig. I don't know how much I pour, I never measure anything I feed them <as adults - as baby puppies, I do>

This morning their meal was: raw turkey including organ meat, the raw ACV, each dog got a chopped clove of raw garlic < as opposed to the whole head or bulb - that would be too much for raw garlic even for my size of dogs>,
each also got a cranberry pill <twisted open to powder comes out>; some fish oil, raw coconut oil and some applesauce.
 
why does it damage the rubber hoses? because it eats through?
 
been drinking it for years better still with lemon cinerman honey...if got infection drink it with clove of garlic but do it quick or you throw up

It dry the hose out and they crack . I am I read this on line , I was going to use white vinegar in the washing machine b/c I live in a condo and share
the machine with other people and OMG the BO is so bad at times it could be bottled and use a weapon . I have rewash my stuff b/c I can't wear it . I do not have smelly BO , my two sisters would get jealous of me . They said I sweat flowers and that it was not fair. Crap , is sure was fair I am HOH so my two sisters could stuffer smelling bad.

add a tad of bleach to the water as it fills first, then add the detergent and clothes. The bleach will kill any bacteria/odors and clothes will smell clean as well. I do this regulary since the stepdaughter overloads the washer with her clothes all the time ( and i dont think they really come out clean as she packs them in)
not enough bleach to bleach the clothes, like a quarter cup (1/4) just enough to kill bacteria/germs/odors.


as far as ACV... fresh squeezed lemons in water will cleanse you as well.

My dad would made a lemon and honey drink and add warm water , he did this did every Sunday. Then would a put sheet of wood over the glass shower door and take a hot shower. We had to keep painting the bathroom ceiling so dad got tried and had some panels put some . Us kids had to wait for hours to take use a shower while dad did his weekly body cleaning . He never got sick so I guess it helped. I should try using bleach , I wonder if will bother my skin .

Every night, I drink water with freshly squeezed lemons but will add water with apple cider in the mornings. See what happens. Lol

My dad would be pooping his ass off. If us 4 kids did not take a shower before dad on Sunday we where out of luck. My ex husband brought some licorice root tea and I tied to warn him not to drink too much or he will pooping his ass off. He did not believe and made huge pot and brought some to work . He spend half the day running to the bathroom .This will really cleanse you out.
