Has anyone ate avocado banana before?

I was wondering how avocado bread would taste and found this recipe, it called for tried bananas . This a new one for me. Has anyone made bread with avocado and how did you like it ?

ha ha I make banana breads all the time. I sometimes use yogurt that has flavored starwbeery or lime with banana. or alone..

i ll try with avocado and banana only if i have party to attend first. so it wont be waste. :lol: avocado is a little expensive. so will let you know later h a

I brought one today and it cost $1.29 they use to cost 99 ¢ .
I have made cent sign! I used Alt and the numbers on right 0162 Cool!
 
avacado with hummus on crackers is gorgeous, my fav is roasted carrots and honey (thats the hummus!)....unreal , divine, sensational !! LOVE it

on occassionally Id have avacado and marmite on toast...yum

What's really in Marmite and why is it banned?


I see marmite is banned . I love roasted carrots and honey too, but honey does like me anymore. I almost brought some hummus today too, funny that you should mention it .

I found out by accident bananas will help an avocado ripen faster. I had a very hard avocado and it put with bananas and the avocado was ripe in 2 days.
 
WHAT, who made up thAT CRAP of a website....marmite is NZ's favourite and its is healthy what load of crock, stupid danish govt.....
only banned there, not anywhere else, perhaps they dont like a food to be that good.....

I wanted to see what you said about that. I don't think I never seen it in a store out here. I will have to look in the international food section in Shaw's .
Market Basket does not have one anymore , they just throw everything together. :roll:
 
Sounds delicious! I was just looking up zucchini bread recipes yesterday but I think I will try this instead. I might try modifying this recipe because I got a bunch of Miracle Whip free with coupons last week and have no idea what else to cook with it.

I hate avocados AND bananas! :barf: BLECH!

That's a big no on the avocado banana bread.... :P
