Ingredients:
Whipped cream or Coconut Whipped cream (Paleo Version)
1 Large Watermelon cut in a circle like a cake
Blueberries
Raspberries
Almonds

Instructions:
Cut your watermelon based on the photo tutorial in the post.
Pat the watermelon down with wipes to dry it.
Frost it with whipped cream
Add Almonds to the side
Decorate the top with fresh fruit of your choice. I like raspberries and blueberries.

I made a watermelon cake for my daughters birthday last year. It wasn't as pretty as that one :) but it was yummy!!! I used strawberries kiwis and blackberries. She helped.

Looks delicious! :)

awesome idea. Will attempt this the next family event this summer.

frosting aka whipping cream???

I think I had pudding in there as well. It's been almost a year, I forget :D or cream cheese? I don't remember but it wasn't just cool whip, but there was a lot of that

what a relief to know because you say, frosting is so ymmy. I knew there are more than whipping cream. Me too. I m weak with anything thick cream on watermelon.

If you find your old recipe somewhere and let me know! lol or ask your daughter if they have it.

I think there's a recipe for a frosting for on that link RR posted. But I'll look :) I may have saved it on my laptop. Not sure

Oh yeah I looked again it just whipped cream or coconut whipped cream (that sounds good though!!)
