The whole time I thought it was a service number, the one where you wait at Target to return used items, til I realized that its in the complaint department. Makes sense now.
 
This should be the most efficient and economical way of providing customer care although not the most ethical.

Come to think of it, the human resources' salaries are wasted to handle upset customers or other employees. So not only are you losing two (or more) employee's or customer's salaries, you are also dealing with wasted time!

I wonder how much it costs to manufacture a grenade?
