Garbage Men Get Even

Did you know that you should not block the garbage area with your vehicle? It prevents garbage men from doing their jobs properly.

It's like parking in front of a fire hydrant. Firemen have to work their way around the vehicle, break the window of the vehicle, or forcibly move the vehicle. It should be easily accessible by firemen in case of fire.

Anyways, what happens if you do block the garbage area?
