I would very worried if I needed a prostate exam at all . 
my husband had one he had no idea what was involved so of course I said doc just ask you questions nothing more...he came home somewhat indignant to me cos I knew what involved it was young lady doc..i wonder how many dr see arse holes over course of a week and that before trousers down cough and bend over
