Hello, I am hearing and have been looking for people in the deaf community to be able to chat with. In my Freshman year of highschool I took an introductory class for sign language, but that was the last year the program was available due to budget cuts. I am a living example of if you don't use it you lose it. So I was hoping to find people who live in the Phoenix/Tempe,AZ area that I could meet with and hopefully learn from. I have always loved the idea of listening with your eyes as you speak with your whole body.

I am eighteen and I'm planning on joining the military in the near future, but I would love to meet people in the deaf community and learn (and relearn) more of what I learned back in 2007~2008.
