I am New a Civil Engineer From India

I am a hard of hearing,( partially deaf) uses digital hearing to interact with hearing world.Know lip reading somewhat well.I am Indian male,Graduated in Civil Engineering from M.G.University,Kottayam,Kerala,India.Now in Govt service.
