Talking Greetings!

Hey guys,
I've started losing my hearing, and it gave me the opportunity to begin learning sign language (BSL), and I love it so much. The only thing is there is no deaf club as far as I am aware where I live--I do think that there is a weekly meeting group somewhere, but I'm not too sure.

So, anyway. I'm here to make friends. I am a linguist (and I'm doing a course on it despite losing my hearing!) and because of this I love learning languages. I was wondering if I could make friends who speak ASL (I have family in America who are planning to adopt a Deaf baby (my sis-in-law and brother both know quite a bit of ASL) if they are able, if not a Deaf baby then they plan on adopting a child with another disability) and even JSL, as well as BSL.

Ciao!

Thanks DeafMonkey.
I'm from the UK, more specifically, England.
If you don't mind, can you explain more about the Germany and BSL relation? That sounds really interesting.
