Does anyone have a current resource as to where I can send off a very old pair of Rexton's mini primo hearing aids for a minor repair, OTM switch needs to be replaced and a simple clean up.
I love these hearing aids and have had them for 10-25 yrs and they still work just fine for me.
Thanks in advance

My audiologist I had, short term, for the digitals had no idea where to send them in to.

The manufacturer or supplier where she would have gotten her HAs from.

Alley Cat- My audiologist that I used for 14 yrs up and left with out any notice. I ended up calling the place where he originally started from to get some help. The new audiologist who set me up with a pair of Phonaks. She could never get the reverb to stop and 6weeks into it, I was getting frustrated. I didn't like any of it and was told, that this is what it will be. I had to adjust. When I offered to have them sent off, she had no clue. I ended up somehow in a Custom hearing aid shoppe. I am wearing a pair of custom/digital hearing aids .. frustrated again cause I don't know how to articulate what it is about them that I need. The audi told me that two of my aids were dead, I don't think they are, but he can't fix them himself. He can build them, but not fix the ones I have. I have sent a pair off to my first audiologist I grew up with in Misssouri. All came back just fine. I just need to know if there is something out there more reasonable when it comes to me sending them off. I have no idea how old these really are because I switched them up so much with all the humidity and taking care of them. I have one pair that works, one back up that needs to be sent off for a cleaning, one more pair that came back from Missouri and I need to send off three more just to see if anyone can do anything about them. ( yes, I am a chatty one, sorry )

I had another adjustment/ tweak to my analog hearing aids. I am just so mad right now that for some reason I can not just be settled in these. I want to put my old ones back in so badly but I have been told that I won't like that sound anymore either. My audiologist said that even if I got digitals that it would never have enough power for me to like them let alone that I would not work well in them anyway from experience.. I realized today that my hearing is profound and has been since birth. My mother told me today that pretty much I hear about 5-10 percent with out my aids.
