Hi everyone,

At the behest of my sister femme Fatale, I signed on to AllDeaf to see what the forum is all about. I was apprehensive about her time on the forum, but I can see how it's interesting to her. I am hearing, although I have helped Jess when she became deaf during her college years. I don't know ASL much though we used fingerspelling to communicate until she received her cochlear implant. We live together and still use our own ways to talk to each other. I have talked to Jess about another member on AllDeaf, I think he will recognize my thread on the spot! ;) Anyway, I'd like to learn more about deaf culture and hope Jess makes this smooth for me! :wave:
 
Heya! :P Yes I invited my sister Missy to join the forum with me, I think she will appreciate some things here. But smooth? Maybe? :P
