Calgary, AB....Want to Learn ASL

Finally!!!! Finally figured out how to make a post LOL Annnyyywayyy.

I have been interested in learning ASL since I don't know when, although, the interest was renewed after starting to watch the show "Switched at Birth"

Since then I have been trying to go through "lessons" which are provided on a website I found, Lifeprint.com. (Only got to lesson ten but having to start again since I need to refresh) I am finding it so hard to be self-motivated to continue when I have no one to practice or just talk with someone.

I am hoping that through this site I will be able to connect with people in my area, make friends, in order to learn and practice ASL, as well as, learn about the Deaf Community and everything else I can.
